Don't format md files by default
...
Since markdown files can be easily edited in the Github UI by non-tech
people, we shouldn't fail the CI when they are not formatted with
Prettier.
We still want to format them "manually" form time to time, so a new
command `yarn run format-docs` is added.

- Order route keys consistently
