1.1The name of the party is The Radical Party (the "Party").

13.1The National Council may resolve internal disputes and deal with breaches of this constitution fairly, having given any affected person a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Its decision is final.
14.1Duty to disclose. A member of the National Council who is subjected to blackmail, extortion, threats, undue pressure, or any attempt by a third party to improperly influence their conduct as a Council member (a "Coercive Act") must disclose that Coercive Act to the remaining members of the National Council as soon as practicable.
+14.2Void acts. Any resolution voted on, decision made, or instrument executed by a Council member while subject to a Coercive Act — where that Coercive Act materially influenced the member's conduct — is voidable at the election of the remaining members of the National Council by resolution.
+14.3Temporary suspension. Where the National Council has reasonable grounds to believe a member is currently subject to a Coercive Act that may compromise their independent judgment, the remaining members may, by unanimous resolution, temporarily suspend that member's voting rights pending resolution of the matter. A suspended member retains all other rights and obligations.
+14.4Removal. If the National Council determines, after giving the affected member a reasonable opportunity to be heard, that a Coercive Act has permanently or irremediably compromised the member's ability to act independently in the interests of the Party, the remaining members may remove that member from the National Council by unanimous resolution. This clause operates in addition to clause 5.3.
+14.5Protection from liability. A Council member who in good faith discloses a Coercive Act under clause 14.1 incurs no liability to the Party or to any other member by reason of that disclosure.
+14.6Dark forces. For the purposes of this clause, Coercive Acts include but are not limited to: threats of physical harm; threats to expose personal information; financial inducements contingent on a particular outcome; and interference, surveillance, or pressure by government, intelligence, corporate, or other powerful third-party actors. The National Council is the sole judge of whether a Coercive Act has occurred and of its materiality.
