[Small fix] Makes stats page responsive (#13345) 
* Small UI refactor that makes the stats page resonsive (to some degree)

* Add import to scss file

* Whoops

* Implement feedback from review

* Extract flex value into variable

* Update app/javascript/analytics/dashboard.js
