Jacob Herrington df776b8748 Fix pending tests (#5070) [deploy] ... * Enable pending system spec * Remove pending and useless tests There is a pending test for functionality that does not exist, so I removed it. I removed some expect blocks that were essentially testing if Rspec works / if Rails routing works.
