* Restore DisplayAdEvents.counts_for

* Try a rollup service for DisplayAdEvent

* Schedule daily rollup worker for one month prior

* Refactor aggregator

* More testing for rollup

* Add test for rollup attribute fidelity

* DisplayAd success_rate based on counts_for
