* Refactored to use a common <OrganizationPicker /> component.
* Small refactor to organization <option />s.
* Renamed files from OrgSettings* to OrganizationPicker*
* Brought orgsettings inline to article form.
* Brought orgsettings inline to listings form.
* Rename onBlur to onToggle for org picker instances. Ooops.
* Updated <OrganizationPicker /> test.
