Remove sustaining member newsletter, and its settings (#17514)
* Remove sustaining member newsletter, and its settings

This removes the concept of sustaining memberships from the system,
and logic related to or dependent on it.

This does not remove the monthly_dues column from the users table (todo).

* Remove unused newsletter setting

Since nothing accesses the mailchimp_sustaining_members_id setting,
it's safe to remove.

* Use destroy rather than delete to ensure settings cache is cleared

We have a callback in Settings::Base to clear the cache after commit,
I assume it's useful to trigger that. This requires destroy, not
delete, to be called.

Adjusting article copy to be more general (#16973)
* Adjusting article copy to be more general

Our language regarding articles needs minor revisions to speak a bit
more generally about content. This follows on the features of
AuthN/AuthZ work to allow forem admins to configure their forems such
that a subset of their forem members may not have the ability to create
articles.

Refactoring questions asked of user (#15762)
* Refactoring questions asked of user

In this pull request, I'm extracting and normalizing role-based
questions asked of the user.

Prior to this commit, our codebase has asked two very similar questions
of our user model:

- `user.has_role?(:admin)`
- `user.admin?`

In asking `has_role?(:admin)` we are relying on implementation details
of the rolify gem. In addition, the `has_role?` question asked
throughout controllers or views means that it's harder to create
hieararchies of permissions.

In favoring `user.admin?` as our question, we can use that indirection
as an opportunity to discuss and decide "Should someone with the
`:super_admin` role be `user.admin? == true`?"

The details of this commit is to do three primary things:

1. Ask the `has_role?` questions in "one place" in the code (e.g. the
   `Authorizer` module)
2. Extract the role based questions that are on the `User` model and
   provde backwards compatable delegation.
3. Structure the code so that it's harder to accidentally call
   `user.has_role?` (e.g., make `User#has_role?` and `User#has_any_role?`
   private).

This is related to #15624 and the updates are informed by discussion in
PR #15691. This commit supplants #15691.

* Refactoring the liquid tag policy tests

* Fixing typo

* Bump for travis

Deprecating User#trusted in favor of User#trusted? (#15639)
`User#trusted?` is more Ruby idiomatic than `User#trusted`. This helps
align the various "User#question?" methods.

I've added a deprecation warning, but don't believe that this is active
in the code-base.

* Remove chat channels index/connect-link from getPageEntries

* Re-add comment from httpclient in Gemfile

invite anyone anymore)

* Don't configure Pusher and remove PUSHER_* from .env_sample

since it's removed from gemfile, the Pusher constant will not resolve, if this is
configured in the environment variables we'll fail to boot.

Fixing gap property for all occurrences of flex to work in Safari (#12667)
* Use grid instead of flex

* Use child margin instead of flex gap

* use .grid instead of .flex.flex-column

* Missed one conditional flex gap

* gap-2 safely deleted since there’s only one element

* Add class for crayons-btn-actions

This pattern occurs pretty often. Easy class addition and easy swap out once flex gap is supported in target browsers

* Use crayons-btn-actions

* Adjust styling to use negative margins

* apply crayons-btn-actions

* use margin-right instead of gap

* use .grid instead of .flex.flex-column

* use margin instead of gap for indicators/tooltips in headings

* remove unused class for clarity

* use flex and add margin to small element

* remove gap from flex container and add margin to figure

* crayons-article__main has neither flex nor grid thus gap has no effect

* fix typo

* use actual grid columns

* use gap instead of flex-column

* Apply crayons-btn-actions

* Fix modal window display

* Safari bein a real pain here

Apparently Safari uses a different model to calculate height than other browsers. who knew.
